Installation
We aim to make the process as easy for you as possible, we have a simple booking form that can be filled out in under a minute. Whether you want to replace your current ladder or have us install one in an existing attic opening, just enter your details along with a preferred date and let us handle the rest. We will arrive on your selected date if available, if it doesn’t fit there is no charge.
The Glide Away will be installed and we will be cleaned up in under two hours. We use your current attic opening and door; the door is fitted with a latch and hinged to open down. A pole is provided to both open your attic door and lower your attic ladder. In the case that your current attic door is unusable we provide a new door at no extra cost. Please note a supplied door will have an unpainted finish.
Our expert fitters will advise on best positioning available for your access needs. If you haven’t used an attic ladder before don’t worry as we will give you a full demonstration after completion.
